The dimensions of this shock are the same as the dimensions of the Tamiya 54000 shock, except: The shock cap is 1.5mm shorter, and the ridge on the shock cylinder that the cap mates with is moved up 1.5mm to match. This creates 1.5mm of extra up-travel for the spring preload adjuster, allowing the use of longer springs while maintaining ride height. The springs included with this shock are touring-car length white-yellow

These TRF Short Dampers are fitted as standard equipment in Item 84339 TB-04 PRO Chassis Kit. They are now available as a separate Hop-Up-Option for any Tamiya touring or M-chassis car. Users will find them particularly beneficial on high-grip, twisty circuits, as they give exceptionally fast response when cornering.
