This is a Yokomo 5.0mm Shim Spacer Set. These shims come in three different thicknesses but all have a 5mm inner diameter and a 8mm outer diameter. Thicknesses included are 0.13mm, 0.25mm and 0.50mm, with twenty shims included in each thickness.
