The 44mm Double Cardan Joint Shaft (Item 42216) features two joint sections to minimize rotational vibrations for better feel. The Cardan Joint shaft should be used when using a direct coupling or spool in the front of a Tamiya touring car such as a TA-05, TA-06 or TRF 416/417 chassis. These drive shafts are 2mm longer so that the overall length becomes equivalent to that of a standard 46mm universal drive shaft, allowing for a wide range of suspension settings.
