This item was previously and exclusively available for the F104X1 chassis. It is now available as a standard option part for all versions of the F104 chassis. Carbon reinforced plastic is more rigid than standard FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) resulting in less flex characteristics in the performance of the chassis. Less flex is desirable when running on high-traction surfaces.
