The tire roller from BRRD is used to prepare your racing tires.
Many drivers are now rolling the new tires over the setup board with a little pressure before using them for the first time.
This process breaks the superglue in places where too much tire glue may have been used.
You can also press the tire insert a little flatter by rolling, which increases the the air gap between the insert and the tire rubber a little.
If you simply use a wrench for rolling, you cannot apply even pressure.
You can also distort the axle hole as you apply load to that section.
The 3D printed BRRD tire roller is a viable solution.
It fits into the rim and creates even contact and pressure when rolling.
The hole in the rim is also not stressed and retains its original shape. The load is passed to the interior and exterior insert .
