This latest Low Profile Motor Mount is the result of 3 Racing¡¯s continual research and development into further improving the Sakura XI¡¯s handling. Just when you thought the center bulkhead and motor mount cannot be tweaked any further, 3 Racing has once again changed what no one else thought can be changed. The Low Profile Motor Mountmay not look too different to other touring car motor mounts while it is anything but, it only requires two screws to capture the upper deck to the motor mount extending the flexible point of the upper deck at least 6mm further rearward, the unique feature of using composite plastic bearing housings for the layshaft bearings allows the motor mount to flex with the main chassis giving it the extra traction over any other touring car with a stiffer center bulkhead design.
