If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day, the order will be shipped within next business day. All orders placed on Saturday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise. Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays. TQ RC RACING reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Returns

All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return. Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase. Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please email to tq.support@tqrcracing.com or call 909-627-2800. All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department. Equipment must not be altered, tampered or damaged . Original merchandise packaging must not be defaced or altered in any way. All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
